• Availability of the service and products
    The products will have different shipping rates depending on the size and weight of the article as well as the delivery address, (Peninsular, outside the peninsula, Europe…). In the event that the Customer requests delivery outside the aforementioned territory, we reserve the right not to accept and/or cancel the order. All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of supply difficulties or stock shortages, we will inform you by email and reimburse the Customer for any amount that may have been paid.
    The delivery time for your order is 2 to 4 full working days, counting from the date of placing the order and payment of the corresponding price.
    If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a refund of the price paid.
    In the event that we are unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the Customer at the telephone number provided by the latter in order to set a new delivery date.
    The order shall be deemed to have been delivered when the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The risks of the products shall be borne by the Customer from the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order (even if it has been previously accepted), and shall not be liable for any damages and/or expenses, in the following cases:
  • When there has been an unintentional error in the on-line shop; for example, a payment or stock error.
  • When there is reason to believe that the Customer is a minor or that the credit card to be used does not meet the requirements described in these Conditions.
  • Where the payment information provided by the Customer is incorrect or unverifiable.
  • When the delivery address provided by the Customer is outside the territory, or the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
    In the event that any of these circumstances are identified, we will duly notify you by e-mail, so that we can resolve the problem before taking any action.
  • Policy of changes, returns and/or withdrawal:

Based on art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January 1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, the customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, without prior use, keeping the original labels and packaging of the article.
In this case, we will proceed to refund the full amount of the price (excluding the cost of postage, which will be paid by the customer), in a voucher without expiry date to spend in our physical or online shop.
To return a defective product, the Customer must contact our customer service department at the following email info@lapiubellacasa.com attaching photographs of the item in question, the order number and the reason for the return. Our team will tell the Customer how to proceed.
Returns due to withdrawal. For the return of any product due to withdrawal, the Customer must contact our customer service department at the following email info@lapiubellacasa.com. Our team will tell the Customer how to proceed with the collection. Once the product to be returned arrives at our warehouse and, after checking that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to issue a voucher to spend the amount in our physical or online shop. In this case, the cost of shipping from the address chosen by the Customer to our warehouses will be paid by the buyer, and this amount will be deducted from the final refund.

  • Prices and taxes
    The prices of the products shown on this website are those applicable at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but will not affect orders that have already been accepted. All prices for products, delivery charges and other services are inclusive of VAT.
    The prices of the products on the Website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the total amount as set out in clause 4 of these Conditions.
    Shipping costs are added per order. We will always inform the total price, including all taxes and other costs such as fees and possible delivery charges. The Customer expressly authorises us to issue the invoice in electronic form, although the Customer may at any time indicate his wish to receive an invoice in paper form, in which case we will issue and send the invoice in this format.

    If you try to pay by any other means, we are not responsible for loss of payment or any other damage caused by the Customer’s action. We only accept payment in Euros.

We are committed to protecting the personal information of our Customers, and to this end we will encrypt credit card data. In addition, during the checkout process, the Customer’s credit card identification number (CVV) is required. The CVV is a 3 or 4 digit numeric value that provides an encryption control of the information recorded on the card. This security feature is designed to protect the Customer against fraud. Your CVV will not be stored on our Systems and the Customer will be required to provide the number each time they make a purchase on our website.
When the purchase request and the Customer’s details have been verified, the price will be debited from the Customer’s account. When the Customer clicks on “AUTHORIZE PAYMENT”, he/she confirms that the credit card is his/her own or is the legitimate holder of the credit card. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorisation by the credit card issuer, but if the credit card issuer does not authorise payment, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and cannot enter into any contract with the Customer.

  • Responsibility and disclaimer of liability

Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Conditions, our liability in respect of any product purchased on the Website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of such product. All descriptions, product photographs, information and materials on this website are provided “as is” and without express or implied warranties other than those provided by law. Some products may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size due to screen settings and photographic technique.
Other items may be represented in a larger size than their actual size, in order to clearly show details; or smaller than their actual size, in order to show the whole item. Also, the colour tones in the photographs of the products in the online shop may be altered by the resolution of your monitor, and may differ from the real ones.
We shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from a denial-of-service attack, viruses or any other technologically harmful or damaging programs or material that may affect the Customer’s computer, computer equipment, data or materials as a result of using this website or downloading content from it or, where appropriate, to which it redirects.

  • Force majeure
    We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). Force Majeure Events shall include any act, event, default, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the following: Strikes, lockouts or other measures protest. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or undeclared) or threat or preparation for war. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or any other natural disaster. Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
